For enrolling in accredited higher educational institutions without passing national examinations, the citizen of foreign country and the permanent resident of foreign country without having the citizenship should present the enlisted documents according item 1.2. The following documentation will be discussed by the commission of foreigners enrolment in the higher educational institutions of Georgia without passing national examinations according the following stages:

1. Consultation and the preparation of compulsory documents pack.
1.1. Applicants, having desire to enrolling in the higher educational institutions of Georgia without passing national exams should apply to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. Application form ( form #1) is available in the lobby of the Ministry and will introduce with the information about the procedures, in case of uncertainly consultations will be received in the Public Relations. department of International Relations Office (Tel: 957010/Int/Tel:153). The problematic issues will be answered by the office staff-members after taking appropriate consultations only with the representative of legal department.
1.2. The list of the obligatory documentation

a) Special application from ( Form #1) (available in the lobby of the Ministry of Education and Science.
b) The documentation of citizenship of foreign country ( copy of the Passport, notification- for those without citizenship)
c) The letter of consent signed and given by the head of the accredited higher educational institution of Georgia about having the vacancy in the frames of number of enrolling students. (first name/last name/ faculty/ department); ( letter should be presented from the higher education institution elected by you).
d) The copy of certificate of secondary education given in foreign country . ( Diploma, Certificate, etc.)
e) Notification from the foreign higher educational institution in case taking the appropriate course.
f) Four photos3X4

1.3. All the above-mentioned documents should be translated and officially notified in Georgian
1.4. After consultations the applicant brings in all the necessary documents pack. The presented pack will be finally checked by the International Relations Office. ( Telephones and contact links are necessary)
1.5. After having filled the form #1 by the applicant, the pack of documents will be given to the registration office in the lobby of the Ministry.
1.6. If necessary the applicant will get extra information or consultation in the International Relations Office.
