On January 15–16, a two-day working meeting was held at Caucasus University within the framework of the European Commission-funded project ETHICS (Research Integrity and Ethics in Georgian Universities).
The meeting focused on the development of a scientific communication strategy.
The aim of the meeting was to establish a unified scientific communication strategy, develop an action plan, and share best practices from European partners.
The event was attended by representatives of the project’s partner Georgian and European institutions.
Participants discussed information dissemination and public relations tools and approaches.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a draft version of the scientific communication action plan was presented, which will support the dissemination of the project’s results to the public and strengthen trust in research integrity and ethics.
From Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, the meeting was attended by Tamar Aslanishvili, Head of the Internationalization and Public Affairs Office and Project Manager; Shalva Chkadua, Rector of the University and Project Expert; and Maka Kochauri, Internationalization Coordinator and Research Officer.
The project is coordinated by Ilia State University.
