On April 18-23, 2023, within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ project DITECH (Developing and Implementing Technology-Enhanced Teaching and Learning at Georgian HEIs), a meeting of project participants was held at the University of Cork (Ireland). The meeting was dedicated to the activities carried out within the project. Their quality was evaluated and future activities were planned.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ international project ESTA, a meeting was held at Ilia State University in Tbilisi. Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Professors  Nino Modebadze, Tamar Mikeladze and Natela Bagatrishvili presented the other members of the consortium the materials reflecting the activities, trainings and workshops held in TeSaU under the project.

Tamar Mikeladze, professor of Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Faculty of Education Sciences, will implement the winning project at Radboud University in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The research project in the field of foreign language teaching will last for three months.

Rector of Telavi State University, Mrs. Irma Sioshvili, hosted Mr. Marty Kaszubowski, Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Consultant of George Mason University (America). TeSaU Rector introduced the results of the research carried out at the university to the guest and talked about the patents that were created on the "innovation base" of the university.

On November 14, trainings on research commercialization, technology transfer and innovative researches for academic staff started at Telavi State University. The trainings are being leaded by Mr. Marty Kaszubowski, Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Consultant of George Mason University (America).

On May 4, presentation of the research results carried out by European University researchers about the teaching of common (European) values ​​in Georgian schools was held at Telavi State University Faculty of Education Sciences, Children’s Rights Knowledge Centre as part of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project "Advancing European Values ​​and Standards in Georgian Schools”.  

Students from Telavi Public Schools will have trainings at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University.
